    Eligibility: Applicants must be high school seniors or college undergraduates planning to major in American history and American government. A minimum 3.25 GPA is required. The award is up to $2,000 each year for up to four years. All applicants must obtain a letter of sponsorship from their local DAR chapter. However, affiliation with DAR is not required.
