  • Mabel Mayforth Scholarship

    Sponsor: Federated Garden Clubs of Vermont Inc.

    Eligibility: Applicants must be Vermont residents who are college juniors, seniors or graduate students and must major horticulture, landscape, design, conservation, forestry, agronomy, plant pathology or biology with a special interest in plants, ecology and allied subjects. They must be full-time students at an accredited institution with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Previous winners may reapply.

  • Maine Difference Scholarship

    Sponsor: Lamey-Wellehan Maine Difference Scholarship Program

    Eligibility: Applicants must be either a high school senior from the state of Maine or a graduate of a Maine high school (within the past four preceding years). Students must attend a college or university also in Maine starting in the fall. Applicants must have studies aimed at the ecology and economics in Maine to help insure that Maine benefits from the education of the student.

  • Theodore Gordon Flyfishers, Inc. Founders Fund Scholarship

    Eligibility: Applicants must be U.S. citizens, undergraduate students with senior standing enrolled full-time or graduate students enrolled full-time. Students must major in an area of environmental studies such as, but not limited to, ecology, hydrology, conservation biology, natural resource management, zoology or environmental law and policy. A list of member institutions is online. Applicants must have a 3.5 GPA in environmental conservation coursework and a minimum 3.0 overall.
