Qualifications for clock hours students: The program must be 400 clock hours or more in length and students must have completed 100 clock hours.
Qualifications for credit hour students: Programs must be 13 credit hours or more in length and students must have completed three credit hours.
All students must have at least an 80% completion rate. Applications are due the first Friday of each month.

To be eligible, adult students must be a Utah resident and enrolled in a designated high-demand technical education program.
