| Purpose: | To support college-educated women who need additional training to advance their careers, re-enter the workforce or change careers. |
| Eligibility: | Applicants must be U.S. citizens, hold a bachelor's degree and enroll in courses at a regionally-accredited program related to their professional development, including two- and four-year colleges, technical schools and distance learning programs and have earned the degree at least five years prior to application. Special preference is given to women of color, AAUW members and women pursuing their first advanced degree or credentials in a nontraditional field. |
