Are there scholarships for teachers?

QUESTION: I am a high school English teacher who wants to go back to school to pursue a Master's degree in either English or Educational Administration, but I am determined never to pay tuition again! I had a 3.9 GPA in college and have teaching experience. Is there scholarship money out there for me? Signed, From Teacher to Student

As an experienced teacher, you have your teaching certificate, but a program for those without a certificate is the NYC Teaching Fellows, This program allows you to teach in New York, earning a teacher's salary and benefits while simultaneously earning a Master's degree in education that is paid for. Check if your state offers a similar program.
