Scholarships

The NRA family offers a variety of scholarships to young adults with an interest in shooting, hunting and the Second Amendment, as well as opportunities for children of NRA members who are current or retired law enforcement officers.

Youth Education Summit

The NRA Foundation supports this summit that encourages young adults to become active and knowledgeable U.S. citizens by learning about the Constitution and Bill of Rights, the federal government and the importance of being active in civic affairs. In addition to the week in Washington D.C., Y.E.S. participants compete for $40,000 in college scholarships.

Women's Wildlife Management Conservation Scholarship

The NRA Women's Policies Committee has established the Women's Wildlife Management/Conservation Scholarship, to be administered by The NRA Foundation. This women's scholarship, is a renewable, one-year, $5,000 scholarship available to full-time college juniors or seniors with a minimum grade point average of 3.0, majoring in wildlife management/conservation.

Frontline Heroes Scholarship

The NRA Foundation Board of Trustees has established the Frontline Heroes Scholarship to institute a memorial to this distinguished group of First Responders, Law Enforcement Officers, and Military personnel*, who have served continuously and unselfishly in the highest tradition of our great nation.

The Frontline Heroes Scholarship will give a one-time annual award of up to $10,000 for one eligible candidate.
