National D-Day Museum Online Essay Contest
Purpose: To increase awareness of World War II by giving students the opportunity to compete in an essay contest.
Eligibility: Applicants must be high school or middle school students in the United States, its territories or its military bases. They must prepare an essay of up to 1,000 words based on a topic specified by the sponsor and related to World War II. Only the first 500 valid essays will be accepted.
