To support students who are pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees.

Eligibility: |

Applicants do NOT need to be African American but must reside or attend school in a congressional district represented by a CBC member. Students must be attending or planning to attend school on a full-time basis. Students must have at least a 2.5 GPA, and they must demonstrate leadership and community service participation.
